wanted to create own stock portfolio

-takes input from users about ticker symbol, and number of shares users holding, then it shows users portfolio
## How we built it
-used python and yahoo-finance packer and pretty table library
## Challenges we ran into
detecting invalid stock ticker symbol input and asking user too re-input the data
## Accomplishments that we're proud of
handling error
