Inspiration
Everyday, we generate waste, and it starts to weigh heavy on our planet. I wanted to create something that addressed this issue in a fun and engaging way. Enter Ditoast, a game where you become the ultimate eco-warrior, wielding toast (yes, toast!) to combat the encroaching waves of everyday pollutant!
What it does
In Ditoast, you fling toast projectiles to destroy these pollutants before they reach you and contaminate the Earth. Each level throws tougher "boss pollutants" your way, demanding strategic thinking and powerful jam-powered attacks. But it's not just about blasting waste – the game subtly educates you about real-world pollution and empowers you with easy ways to reduce your own footprint.
Game Pass
Ditoast introduces a revolutionary game-saving grace: the redeeming pass! This handy little digital token, powered by Google Wallet, holds the key to resurrecting your progress. Once you add your pass to your google wallet the game is restored from where you left, working in the same criteria as rewarded ads.

How we built it
I built Ditoast using Flutter for the entire application and user interface. Flame engine took care of the game logic, asset loading (including spritesheets), and core gameplay mechanics. Finally, Google Wallet integration enabled secure game pass purchases and progress redemption.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
I developed a Flutter package that features an "Add to Google Wallet" button. This package streamlines the integration of the Google Wallet API, making it easier for other developers to leverage its secure passes in their application in the we platform. This package eased my game integration process in my game. You can checkout the package here add_to_google_web_wallet.
