Disperse

Inspiration

We were inspired to create this because we know that in this day and age information is constantly being captured even when we don't know it, so we wanted a way to protect ourselves.

What it does

Disperse is an app that is able to remove the sensitive metadata from any image and it also comes with a secure, encrypted password manager.

How we built it

To build this project we used react and express to create a mobile app that could communicate with our servers.

Challenges we ran into

We had to learn a lot of new things to be able to create this, such as encrypting passwords as well as accessing the metadata of images

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We're proud of our ability to clean any image of sensitive info and being able to securely save passwords.
