Inspiration

Disasters can overwhelm call centers, making it hard for victims to get help and for responders to organize requests quickly.

What it does

Dispatch uses Snowflake to turn victim calls into structured rescue requests with location, injuries, needs, urgency, summaries, and severity levels on a responder map.

How we built it

We built a voice intake flow, extracted key information from each call, stored the data in Snowflake, and displayed cases on a map-based dashboard.

Challenges we ran into

The hardest part was converting messy, emotional responses into clean information that responders could actually use.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We built an end-to-end workflow from victim call to Snowflake storage to responder dashboard.

What's next for Dispatch

Our route optimization was inspired by research on natural disaster response, and we hope to implement a more sophisticated version that requires greater computational power. https://github.com/enzeeo/jesy
