DiscreetDrip

Inspiration

Our inspiration was Spiderman and the daily struggles he faces living a double life as a high schooler and a superhero.

What it does

The DiscreetDrip conveniently packs away MDL Man's suit and stores it efficiently where no one would assume his hidden identity.

How we built it

We created prototypes individually and then combined aspects of each member's CAD into a refined final design.

Challenges we ran into

At first, one of our main challenges was the size constraint of the model, as the cape was naturally too large to fit without being folded. Thus, we came to the solution that before packing the cape away, MDL Man would fold his cape twice and then slip it into the DiscreetDrip

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We were able to 3D print our prototype on time and it worked exactly how we wanted it too, all while staying within the constraints and limits of this project.

What we learned

The designing and fabricating process taught us important lessons about our project. From the numerous iterations and various setbacks we faced while cadding, we learned that collaboration and problem-solving is the foundation of success.
