What it does
This bot will send you alerts about how your stock did in the market that day and give you information on any stock you request and your portfolio.
How we built it
We were first going to use Twilio to ensure that the user got texts every day instead, but that turned out to be too much work for first-year python only people, so we decided to go this route, where the bot would be able to join any server and uses Yahoo Finance API
What's next for Discord stocks bot
It will probably give it the option to analyze how the stock is doing automatically instead of manually inputting it and using a cloud to hold data instead of dictionaries.
