Basic Requirement (1) The Platform shall allow public to report aftermath impact of a disaster. (2) The disaster can be either Natual-Disaster or Non-Natual-Disaster. (3) The Report shall include the following information: (3.1) Type of Disaster (3.2) Detail of the Disaster (3.3) Detail of the Disaster extracted through Public Open Data (3.3.1) For example, the detail of an earthquake can be extracted from Public API available online at https://earthquake.usgs.gov (3.4) Location of the Impact chosen from Google Map (3.5) Type of Impact Reporting (3.6) Multiple Photos of Impact (3.7) Type of Support/Assistance required (3.8) Detail of Support/Assistance required (4) The Back-end Employees shall be able to review those Reports and verify whether the Report is accurate or fake. (5) The verified Reports shall be shown to Public. (6) The people who want to provide assistance shall be able to contact the Reporter via the Platform (7) The people who provided assistance shall be able to add the detail of the assistance provided to an aftermath impact and assistance request (8) The Reporter of an aftermath impact and assistance request can endorsed the assistance received (9) The platform shall be login via Google Account or Facebook Account (10) The Users can see own's activity history (Report or Assistance Provision) (11) The Back-end Employees shall be able to black-list users who provide fake reports (12) The Platform must have proper Back-end Employee Security and Access Control
