The problem statement was about develop an original innovative solution that tackles disasters for disenfranchised communities to manage their food, energy, and/or water challenges during and after disasters. Disasters may include (but not limited to) hurricanes, high winds, flooding, storm surge, winter extreme weather or others. A mobile application to easily connect those that need resources and those that can provide resources during a disaster. Basic information such as the availability of resources, location and contact numbers of those who can provide will be easily accessible to those in need. The application will also include resources on how to prepare for a disaster and for donations to the disenfranchised after the disaster. We have learned to design faster and implement templates quickly.
