suppose you have near by climate disaster. It gets you NOTIFY about the disaster. As soon as it Happens. It sends you the GOVERMENT announcement Like . They are helping, Red Alerted Zones. It will notify about the various NGO’S nearby. Resources to HOLDUP and What to LEAVE..
