Dirt Bot 2.0

Inspiration

The inspiration for this project was our mothers who insist on cleaning the house before the roomba cleans.

What it does

Our modification allow for the roomba to carry heavier objects to a designated location, saving you time out of your day.

How we built it

This project was made using inventor, CAD, and blender.

Challenges we ran into

The main challenge we encountered in the development of this project was finding a way for the plate to lower properly and carry items.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We're super proud of our pendulum design which allow the plate to fold and bend properly.

What we learned

While sketches look easy to execute, making the functionality work effectively can be difficult.
