What it does

  1. Personalized Cold Outreach:

    • Finds the email ID of any employer based on their profile.
    • Uses AI to craft personalized emails and referral messages tailored to the candidate's profile.
    • Sends messages directly via email and LinkedIn.
  2. Company Database:

    • Builds a database of top, fast-recruiting companies.
    • Includes email IDs and LinkedIn profiles of key hiring managers.

How we built it

  • Scraped data using tools like Hunter.io.
  • Used Convex for backend and authentication.
  • Built the production-level application with Next.js and TypeScript.

Challenges we ran into

  • Creating a comprehensive database of fast-recruiting companies.
  • Need advice on how to automate this process more effectively.
