Inspiration

We got the inspiration from one of our team members. We thought of making a real-time chat application in which people can have a conversation on any topic and meet people worldwide. After brainstorming more we thought of making a website that connects the chat application and the UI should be something like New year and full of colors.

What it does

Our website provides a real-time chat application made using react.js, firebase, etc. It also has a good New year UI and UX design which makes it more attractive.

How I built it

For making the static website we used Html, CSS, bootstrap, and javascript. Then to make the chat application we used Html, css, javascript, React.js, Firebase, Firestore, React hooks, etc.

Challenges I ran into

The challenge we ran into was that one of our teammates didn't reply back for long and our main component was not able to make it. And as I was traveling so I was not able to make lots of things. We had a lot to make but due to lots of problems, we were able to make only these things.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

We are proud that after facing so many problems we still were able to complete the half project and made it a little good.

What I learned

We learned that working in a team is really important. And not to depend on others always.

What's next for Direct Communication

We will try our best to add the left out components into it afterward.
