Inspiration
Our inspiration was to create a fresh redesign of Dino Luzzi's website in a way to make the content easy to read and user friendly.
What it does
A multipage website that display's Dino Luzzi's content. In addition, it utilizes a chatbot that was trained on information about Dino Luzzi's nutrition facts and background on the company.
How we built it
The project was created using React and designed in Figma. The AI chatbot was trained and created using Tidio. The website also uses Google Maps API to implement a store locator functionality.
Challeneges we ran into
Like any project, there were issues with dependencies, getting the API's to run smoothly within the codebase, and getting the production server up and running
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We were able to fully recreate a Figma design using HTML and CSS in under 24 hours. For some of us in our group this is our first hackathon and we are proud of the project we have created so far :)
What we learned
We learned a lot of front-end design, how to use the Google Maps API, and how to implement a chatbot in a React website.
Whats next for the DinoLuzzi Website Redesign
Hopefully, this will be utilized by DinoLuzzi in the future as a design for their website!
