Inspiration

Wanting to challenge ourselves to create a project that could assist the elderly and people with impairments. We decided to create a banking app, as most banking apps are very overwhelming and lack accessibility features.

What it does

Dino Banking is a proof-of-concept website that features a login page, a home page, the ability to see your cards, and the ability to click on an individual card to see more details. There is also a settings page that features options to provide help to the impaired.

How we built it

We built Dino Bank primarily using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Challenges we ran into

A major challenge we ran into was that 2/3 members of our team were new to HTML and web development. This has turned our entire project-building period into a major learning experience as well.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Since 2/3 of our members are fairly new to HTML, we are very proud of the fact that we were able to learn a new skill and use the newfound knowledge to create a website that performs the functions we hoped to do.
