The idea of Dilemma Decimator traces back to 12th grade, when our small YouTube and project pages were stuck at a handful of views. We spent hours designing thumbnails, only to guess which one might work and still watch our reach barely move. That frustration of scrolling through folders of images, second‑guessing every choice, made us realize we didn’t just have a creativity problem—we had a decision problem. Dilemma Decimator was born from that moment: a way to turn messy thumbnail dilemmas into clear, data‑backed choices so creators like us can focus on content instead of endless A/B guessing.
