Main features for Patients: Virtual ID Cards Access Search Algoritms to allow patients to look through insurance coverage and health care providers. Policy management : Customers should be allowed to review, cancel or change a current insurance plan. Purchasing and payments: This functionality allows users to buy and renew policies/drugs within the application Communication and support : This feature enables Patient-Docter Communnication.
Main feature for insurers: Client info : This feature to monitor each client continuously. Policy management: This allows agent stop upgrading the info about policy, quotes, renewals and loyalty programs Claim Management : Document exchange option to simplify workflow insurance organizations. Chats: To bridge the gap between clients and insurers to discuss policy details.
Main features for Medical Providers : Personal profile Messages and chats to schedule clinic appointments or physician visits.
