Digital team events

Hello everyone, my name is Lisa. Currently I am in Kurzarbeit (German governmental aid to avoid laying off any of their employees by instead reducing the working hours of all or most of their employees, with the government making up some of the employees' lost income). Talking to people who are still in office I hear a lot of stories of resentment. Mainly complaining about the intensive work load while all the others can stay home and "relax". I don’t have a concrete idea yet but I am for 100% sure that happy employees are more efficient. As at the moment team events can only take place in a digital way, I was thinking about an app to create a nice team experience.
