Inspiration

Global mobility is broken. Relocating across borders is a six-month nightmare because trust is currently physical and fragmented. We wanted to reduce the latency of human movement from months to minutes by replacing physical stamps with cryptographic certainty.

What it does

Global Verse is a multi-layered trust protocol that automates the visa stack. It verifies identity via World ID, uses Gemini AI to reason through legal and financial documents in real-time, and generates zero-knowledge proofs (ZKP) to certify eligibility without storing sensitive personal data.

How we built it

Frontend: Next.js 14 for a secure digital handshake. Intelligence: FastAPI orchestration engine integrated with Gemini 2.5 Pro for complex document reasoning. Identity: World ID for sybil-resistant Proof of Humanity and WalletConnect for secure authentication. Privacy: Zero-Knowledge Proofs anchored on the Ceramic Network as verifiable credentials.

Challenges we ran into

Ensuring the AI can reason through bank statements to verify solvency requirements without the platform ever "holding" the user’s PII. Cross-Chain Identity: Linking biometric-based human identity to sovereign vaults cryptographically.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

6-Minute Processing: Successfully reduced a weeks-long manual legal review into a sub-10-minute automated flow. Privacy-by-Design: Built a system where data is ephemeral but trust is permanent through ZK-proofs. AI Reasoning: Implementing Gemini to handle the "legal handshake" of verifying zero-copay mandates in insurance policies.

What we learned

We discovered that legal text and bank statements are highly unstructured, but with the right orchestration layer, LLMs like Gemini can provide the deterministic outcomes required for government-grade compliance.

What's next for GlobalVerse - Digital Sovereignty Corridor

We believe there is a potential to make this idea a full blown implementation in the relocation/human movement space. With the right partners, i would love to bring this idea to life.
