My Project Story
💡 What inspired me
This idea first came to me at the very beginning of my IT career, but I never found the time to bring it to life — until now. I always wanted a simple app on my phone where I could see everything I own: what clothes I have, what I could wear, and what I should maybe sell, exchange, or throw away. Something personal, visual, and always within reach.
🧠 What I learned
During the project, I discovered Supabase — it was new to me and turned out to be a powerful tool, especially for handling authentication and data storage.
🛠 How I built it
Since I’m a frontend developer familiar with Vue, Nuxt, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS, I chose this stack for the project. Right from the start with one promt, I asked to set up the frontend with that stack and connected it with Supabase for authentication and database features.
⚠️ Challenges I faced
One of the biggest challenges was integrating Supabase smoothly. While it's a great tool, the integration — especially within Bolt — isn’t perfect yet. Some things just don’t work out of the box, and even now there are bugs when combining Bolt with Supabase. But figuring things out along the way was part of the fun.
