Three-quarters of all homes in the United States have air conditioners. Air conditioners use about 6% of all the electricity produced in the United States, at an annual cost of about $29 billion to homeowners. I am aspired to develop innovative & smart solutions that help us to change the world for better.

What it does

Digi thermo is a new generation Bluetooth BLE sensor that measures and records air flow parameters. Using a proprietary algorithm, digi thermo mobile app will calculate if the air conditioning is working efficiency according to the ambient environmental conditions. With data analysis, collected and sent to the cloud from digi thermo, technicians can solve potential air conditioning issues before they happen and keep the Earth green.

How I built it

I sourced a PCB manufacturer in China and working together we deployed a new version of PCB with a different sensor. A software company in Philly helped me with UX/UI design and mobile app development.

Challenges I ran into

Get a sensor stable, battery last, using a hybrid mobile app (Ionic).
