Discription: ^^ The name of the project "Digi-Health" . it wan an medical related app.That means ,In the current situation many of the people were go to another cities,districts,states & countries.in that situation they were forgot to take their medical reports and medications etc, ^^ To solve this problem we had make this web . what it can do means it handles the patients medical reports in the database. we can access the report by the permanent id number of the patient given by the website while they regester as first time . Working of Digi-health: ** For patients: ^^ While the user login as first time it will get their basic detials like name,phone number,blood group,current medication,aadhaar number,etc,. ^^ After the login process it will ives the permanent ID number with 4 digits. By using that 4 digit id number the patient can go and see their medical reports easily ^^ If incase the user will forgot the id number they can login with the aadhar number ^^ After the doctor upload the medical report the patient can see their medical report.and they can download it as PDF. **For Doctors: ^^ The doctor can login by only their official mail ID after that this website will give the med-ID,by using that they can login again. ^^ The doctor can see the past medical history of the patent by the patient 4 digit ID or else by the aadhar number ^^ The doctor can only upload the medical history, lab report, consultancy,priscription of the patient with the images ^^ Both the doctor,patient couldn't edit the medical report of the patient ^_^ Doctor can download the patient previous medical history as complete pdf file ,attached with images
