Inspiration
It was inspired by the popular 90's game Tamagotchi.
What it does
A game where users adopt a digital baby and regularly take care of it. When users do not enter the game for a certain period of time, there will be a decrease in its level of life. Users should log into the game regularly within short periods via Snapchat as the baby's vital needs must be met at all times.
How we built it
After modeling the character and living space and creating animations, the user experience was designed through lens studio.
Challenges we ran into
Problem with shadow when placing on world object controller.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
No game was designed like this before on Snapchat.
What we learned
It has been learned that an interactive game can be designed through Lens Studio.
What's next for Digi-Baby
The game can be made more complex and other life activities can be added.
