There was a night when everything changed. Out of nowhere, I was struck by a sudden, violent illness, one that doctors couldn’t identify. It triggered seizure after seizure. My body gave out. My heart slowed. For a full day, I slipped past the edge of what felt like life itself.
When I finally opened my eyes, it was like waking into a second chance. The medical team couldn’t explain it. Friends and family said it was a miracle. All I knew was that I’d been handed a reset button.
That day rewired me. I stopped waiting for the “right time” to create, to share, to live. I started pouring my energy into art, music videos, and film as if every frame mattered, because it does.
Now every project, including Death of Savant, is built on that truth: we don’t control how long we have, but we do control what we make of it.## Inspiration
The project was built as a solo production, it highlights technical mastery (camera work, lighting, motion graphics) and narrative craft while exploring themes of growth and reinvention. The goal is to show how digital filmmaking and sound design can convey inner change in a way that resonates with anyone facing a major life pivot. ##how I built the project.
