Inspiration

Web3 has a new kind of identity — your wallet. This creates exciting new possibilities, but there is no more email, sign in with Google, usernames or passwords. Dapps have no reliable way to reach you, whether it's about filled orders, collateral health & liquidation events, or NFT auctions, & other users have no way to message you. We're on a mission to change that.

What it does

Dialect is an on-chain messaging protocol (the web3 SMS) & mobile app (the web3 SMS app) that supports dapp-to-user and user-to-user messaging, delivering push notifications right to your phone.

How we built it

Mobile-first blockchain development is still new. We're excited to help pull tooling forward in this space.

What's next for Dialect

Next up: migrating our v0 messaging protocol to v1 (improved cost, performance and privacy), releasing our mobile app for beta, and getting started on an exciting next phase: giving protocol developers best-in-class tooling to integrate messaging & notifications into their dapps.
