A website built on a trained diagnosis and symptoms dataset that is used to help nurses diagnosis patients faster as well as save money for those who wish to not to go see a medical professional.

Inspiration

Seeing the thousands that refuse to see a medical professional just because of the cost, as well as nurses being a vital role to the medical system while being understaffed and under represented.

What it does

Takes a list of symptoms and personal information and outputs the 3 highest likely diseases

How we built it

We used Python, Flask, Html, and CSS

Challenges we ran into

Connecting front end inputs to receive an output from the backend

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Creating an AI model based of the dataset that will take in outputs and give back probability

What we learned

Types of syntax as well as time management skills for a project that is under a strict deadline

What's next for Diagnosis Tool

Expanding the dataset and the AI model with it to incorporate many more diseases and symptoms
