Inspiration

We have taken our case study from Delhi. Delhi is one of the most polluted city and the average income of user is low and that what inspired us to build such application.

What it does

It works as a third party which will bring the clients and customers together to a platform where they can share the charge points as an individual. In case of an organization, they can build their infrastructure through us and earn revenue through the platform.

How we built it

We are building an Application which brings the Client and Customers together. The application will fetch the Chargepoints stations and notify when about it. The user is able to book slots according to their wish. If they arrive late than the provided slot than they will move back to the queue and next user will be able to use the charge points. These points will be mainly installed near Metro Stations

The hardware cost will be taken care by the organization installing it but the maintenance will be provided by us. The application is integrated with the wallet. The amount will be locked according to the expected use by the user. If the user leaves the point early than they have to pay only for that amount of time.

Challenges we ran into

There were many challenges, few of them are: What constraint should be taken into the standard to calculate the amount either Time or the Unit of electricity consumed? How to provide the return on investment to the organization? what is our target audience in India?

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of the fact that we are able to back our each and every fact through the actual data and it changes our idea into Reality

What we learned

We have learned to build the Business Model and base our project on the basis of Ground Reality and available facts. We learned the importance of revenue and return on investment for an organization. We also learn the integration of different modules working in different space.
