Inspiration

Fill submission form is time consuming anywhere & devpost is no exception. It gets stressful if you are almost end of hackathon submission still busy trying to perfect the demo or presentation. Worried about those 5 steps of submission form to fill-in (especially this hackathon I know its damn lengthy). No worries, DevSpeech comes handy.

What it does

It takes user voice as input & converts it into text to fill the submission form field by field. You need to select drop-down, no worries select your choice over voice & you are done. want to clear text or entry, DevSpeech has got you covered.

How we built it

There are multiple providers to get the job done. Its entirely depend on DevPost for costing, integration into existing platform they have.

2] In-house implementation - https://blog.teamtreehouse.com/accepting-speech-input-html5-forms, you will find many more using google speech-to-text etc.

Challenges we ran into

It is possible to implement completely without any issues & even cost efficient for that matter.

Even lengthy time consuming things can be made quick & easy using technology.
