Inspiration
At the moment, the plugins available in the Logitech's marketplace (https://marketplace.logi.com/plugins/) are not suitable for coding development. Some gamers also love coding, and bringing other features to MX Devices can make them useful for their programming projects. Besides, developers perform hundreds of repetitive actions daily: starting debuggers, running tests, committing code, navigating files. Each action requires memorizing keyboard shortcuts, switching context between mouse and keyboard, and losing flow state.
Dev Flow will be the first developer-focused plugin for the Logitech MX ecosystem that turns MX Creative Console, MX Master 4, and Actions Ring into a hardware command center for Antigravity IDE that includes features like debugging, navigation, and asking an AI Agent like Gemini... all without touching the keyboard.
What's next for DevFlow
Starting to develop a C# plugin built with the Logi Actions SDK receives hardware events, manages profiles, routes commands, and sends haptic feedback back to MX Master 4. The plugin communicates with the IDE through a local IPC bridge (Named Pipes or WebSocket). Later on, an extension for Antigravity IDE will be developed.
