Inspiration

Currently on Devpost, Hackathon Organizers/Managers, Team Heads and other Hackathon Members etc. does have a way of Managing its Members, Group chatting, Collaborating, Sending SMS Messages and Sharing of Information's etc. between its members without 3rd-party interference throughout the hackathon period.

Introducing a new Chats and Messaging tools that helps Hackathon Organizers, Hackathon Participants etc. to easily connect, collaborate and share information's is very essential on devpost

What it does

Devchat is a new Chats, Messaging and Members Management tools that helps Hackathon Organizers, Hackathon Participants etc. to easily connect, collaborate and share information with their respective Members.

This Application is designed for 2 Group of Users:

1.) Hackathon Organizers and their respective Members/Registrants(Invitees).

2.) Team Head and their respective Members(Invitees).

This application usage is divided into two Sections

On the Part of Hackathon Organizers OR Team Heads

1.) Hackathon Organizers or Teams Head can Signup and Login into the applications as Admins from Team Head Access Section.

2.) Hackathon Organizers or Teams Head can send Registration invitation links to all its Members via Email and SMS Messages. The Invitees/Members clicks on the Links sent to them to get registered on the application.

3.)Hackathon Organizers or Teams Head can review and Manage its Members throughout the hackathon via periodical Email Messages, SMS, WhatsApp Messages, Phone Calls and can also Ban and Unban its Members

4.)Hackathon Organizers or Teams Head can Group Chat with its Members. They can see all the Online Members, Send text messages, Share Files, Youtube Videos and Text to Voice Messages. etc. only with its members.

On the Part of other Members/Invitees

1.) The Members/Invitees can only register on the application by clicking on links sent to them on either their email or on mobile phones via SMS by their respective Hackathon Organizers or Teams Head respectively.

2.) The Members/Invitees can then Login into the applications as Invitees from Invitees Access Section.

3.) Members/Invitees can connect with their respective Hackathon Organizers or Teams Head throughout the hackathon via periodicEmail Messages, SMS, WhatsApp Messages, Phone Calls Campaign

4.)Members/Invitees can Group Chat with its other Members. They can see all the Online Members, Send text messages, Share Files, Youtube Videos and Text to Voice Messages. etc. only with its members in their groups.

About Our Source Code

Please take note that our Source Code contains our Local SMS API Credentials, Microsoft Text to Speech API Keys etc. for testing purposes. Please handle the keys with care. Thanks

How we built it
