Inspiration

Wanted to make something destiny-themed and thought this would be fun to do!

What it does

DestinyU showcases all available users in the destiny game. By allowing search by the username to showcase a player's current status involving activity, equipment, triumphs, and progress, with a hopeful addition of messages/requests to the searched user.

How we built it

DestinyU was built using CSS and HTML with the use of bootstrap capabilities as well

Challenges we ran into

Connecting API's to gather information and using Destiny's API for gathering player stats were not mixing well causing connectivity issues.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Definitely proud of the design of the website

What we learned to

Manage time well

What's next for DestinyU

Being able to implement the API to connect with the destiny API was a challenge for me and caused issues in the long run so that isn't available right now sadly.
