Inspiration
As a 20-year-old student, I wanted to understand how simple food choices, portion sizes, and daily habits affect overall health. This inspired me to explore how AI can guide healthy eating in an easy and practical way.
What I Did
I used the Renal-AI platform to design a complete 3-day healthy diet journey. I asked the AI about daily meals, dinner quantity, milk intake at night, and general lifestyle guidance suitable for a young adult.
How I Built the Journey
Instead of writing code, I interacted directly with the Renal-AI application. I entered common food ingredients and requested a 3-day diet plan. The AI generated day-wise meal suggestions along with advice on food quantity, sleep, activity, and milk consumption.
What I Learned
I learned the importance of balanced meals, portion control, and timing of food intake. The AI guidance helped me understand how small lifestyle changes can support long-term health.
Challenges
The main challenge was understanding how to convert general health goals into clear questions for the AI. Once framed properly, the platform provided useful and easy-to-follow guidance.
