Inspiration

The Inspiration behind the project is that whenever i used Adobe express, I had problem in finding the right design for me , for my theme and the layout that fits the particular project. This took hours of me to just design some pages.

What it does

It take the content of user from their page and analyze text, font-size, color , image and positions in real time. Based on that it gives user suggestions and also generated some variants of it, so that user can freely choose between any of the designs. It helps in exploring different designs for user at very shot period of time.

How we built it

I build it using:

  1. HTML
  2. CSS
  3. JS
  4. Adobe Code playground
  5. Adobe SDK

Challenges we ran into

Since, this was my first time using code playground, I found it quite difficult to run code. I had to debug alot to get code right at last. The was iframe js and document js and framed in adobe code playground was very confusing for me.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

  1. I created my first Add-on in Adobe express.
  2. I am sure, when launched publicly, it will help many non-designers in fulfiling there goal in easy way.

What we learned

I learned about Adobe express SDK and code playground. I had use Adobe express before but never thought that i could even create my own add-on and use it there. This was very exciting and interesting for me.

What's next for Design Pilot

I will be Replacing the static suggestions with dynamic AI-driven layout optimization. And connecting to external API to generate real time content which will be then launch publicly via Adobe Express Marketplace.
