Worked on Rapid prototyping and CAD modelling learning design consideration like undercuts, draft, fillets etc.

Analyzed and optimized Product Valuation and Process flow using tools like FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, Six Sigma, AHP, Cost-Worth Analysis and Life Cycle Assessment suggesting alterations in assembly, materials, product specification and product differentiation for a projected net profit increase by $1 million.
