Inspiration
Many people struggle to understand long cosmetic ingredient lists and may unknowingly use products that cause irritation or acne. This app allows users to upload ingredient images or text and uses AI to analyze and summarize whether a product is safe based on skin type and preferences.
What it does
The user selects their skin type and skin condition (optional) ,then uploads the interested product's ingredients. The AI analyzes and suggests whether or not the user should buy the product, while also educating the user about the beneficial and potentially harmful ingredients based on their specific skin needs.
How we built it
Using Airia platform, model used 4.1 GPT for it's deep reasoning abilities and the input is taken in as text and image
Challenges we ran into
- Having to add to an HTML website.
- Having the variables (skin_type,skin_condition,ingredients) take in input upon submission.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
- Creating a chatbot for my own website.
- Having the chatbot reply to questions in the exact formatting we needed
What we learned
- training and testing AI agents.
- designing the work flow
- website creation and involving Chatbot
- reporting work
