Inspiration

Skin conditions affect millions of people around the world, yet access to dermatological care is often limited, expensive, or slow. We wanted to create a tool that empowers both individuals and clinicians to detect, understand, and manage skin conditions easily using the power of AI and also one that educates you on the condition that one has. That’s how DermaScan was born.

What it does

DermaScan is a smart and easy-to-use app that helps users diagnose skin conditions through advanced AI image analysis. Just snap a photo of your skin, and DermaScan will analyze it using Google's Gemini AI to provide potential condition insights and recommend treatment options. It works for both humans and animals/plants, making it a versatile tool for everyday use or veterinary and agricultural support.
