Problem

Inappropriate recommendation from nonprofessionals on what to use or do in order to get rid of certain skin infection.
Problem on how to get in touch with a professional dermatologist for consultation.

Proposed Solution

An Android app that uses camera available on an Android device is develop to capture and acquire the image of the affected part of the skin (e.g face); uses Image Processing algorithm to extract any allergic reaction on the image captured caused by cosmetic ingredients or other factors; output the result of the allergic reaction in text; recommend solution on what to use or do in order to get rid of the skin problem; use google map to suggest location of the closet supermarket or pharmaceutical store you can buy the product recommended by the app, and finally connect you to any readily available dermatologist in the app for further consultation. A chatroom is provided, where by people (client) can discuss and chat with one another either to lodge complain or to provide solution to unanswered questions by other customers.
