What it does
Deposit Evidence Pack is a Skill for the UGREEN AI NAS that turns a renter's own NAS photos and lease into a dated, room-by-room move-in versus move-out evidence report, a private album, and a draft deposit-return letter.
The problem
Renters: deposit disputes are common, and tenants usually lose them because their proof is scattered: hundreds of unlabeled phone photos, a lease PDF they never reread, and no record of what was already damaged on day one.
Solution & core flow
The user says "help me get my deposit back" and gives a rental label, two date windows, and the lease name. The Skill finds photos from the move-in and move-out dates, describes visible condition in each, pulls deposit terms and deadlines from the lease, classifies items as pre-existing, new, or normal wear, and builds a comparison and draft letter. After user approval it creates the album, copies files into an evidence folder, and saves the report. Every claim cites a real file and capture time.
What's different
Inspection apps only help if installed before move-in; this works retroactively on photos people already took. Cloud chatbots require uploading interior photos and a signed lease; here processing stays on the NAS. It links visual evidence to contract terms.

How it's built
Pure orchestration: SKILL.md delegates self-contained instructions to photo-agent, document-agent, file-agent, and knowledge-agent. All state changes wait for approval; files are copied, never moved or overwritten. The NAS local model is preferred so nothing leaves the device.
Status & validation
SKILL.md plus three references pass the official uliya-skill-kit static checker with 0 errors and 0 warnings. Pending: vision prompt tuning and NAS validation with synthetic data (full pack, move-in only, empty window, multiple leases, declined approval).
Limitations
Vision descriptions can miss small damage or misjudge lighting; scanned leases depend on OCR quality; photos need correct capture times; the letter is a draft, not legal advice.
