The project utilizes AI technologies, including the GPT-3.5 language model and the Sanity CMS API, to automate two critical processes: summarizing scientific papers and generating blog posts. When users upload dental research papers, the GPT-3.5 API automatically generates concise summaries, simplifying complex technical terms for better comprehension by dental professionals, students, and the public. The Sanity CMS API then automates the creation of well-structured blog posts using the generated summaries and extracted content from the research papers. How we built it

The project was built using a modern tech stack, with Django, Next.js, and as its core components. Django, a powerful Python web framework, was utilized to set up the GPT API, which interacts with OpenAI's GPT-3.5 language model to generate concise summaries of uploaded research papers.. Next.js, a popular React framework, was chosen for utilizing the CMS API and front-end components, providing server-side rendering capabilities and seamless integration with React for efficient data retrieval and display. Alongside these frameworks,, a headless CMS platform, was integrated into the project to manage and structure the generated summaries and additional content extracted from the research papers. The Django-based GPT API, utilizing OpenAI's GPT-3.5 to automatically generate summaries. These summaries, along with relevant content, are stored and managed using's content management capabilities. Next.js handles interactions with, retrieving the generated summaries and content to create coherent blog posts. The AI-generated blog posts are presented on the front-end interface, where users have the option to review and approve them before publishing. This combined tech stack empowers the project to automate the summarization of scientific papers in the field of dentistry, promoting accessible science communication and enabling a broader audience to engage with the latest advancements in dental research.
