Inspiration

We felt that startups and small businesses do not have it easy when it comes to being in compliance with ever changing laws.

What it does

We built a platform for startups to measure their compliance and make change to their processes, and train their employees to remain compliant.

How we built it

Ruby, JavaScript and reading some compliance docs

Challenges we ran into

• Lack of domain knowledge in compliance

• Having built a very bare minimum prototype

What we learned

• Compliance assessment tools are hard

What's next for Denali

• Focusing on industry specific compliance trainings like FINRA, AML or HIPPA
