How we built it
reactjs client side, with a nodejs backend. Github for code.
Challenges we ran into
Most of the team isn't very familiar with js, especially with react. Web sockets. Pulling in relevant files with GitHub's api.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
It works! You can type and it will validate.
What we learned
Real time communication via web sockets. GitHub's API's are pretty extensive.
What's next for DemonTyper
Head to Head coding challenges with player scores. Pull in code from GitHub based on provided parameters.
