In the recent Nigeria elections, after people cast their votes, the officials had to write down the votes on paper to create the final results. Interestingly, even though there was a way to use technology to upload electronic votes through Democrypt, it wasn't widely used during that time.
As the election results were being put together, different sets of results started circulating on social media. Some folks noticed that the results on the official website didn't match the pictures they took at their voting centers.
To fix this problem, We came up with a smart solution. They created a digital system for managing elections, and they connected it with something called blockchain technology. This special technology ensures that once the votes are counted, the digital version of the results is double-checked using the blockchain. This extra step makes sure that the results are accurate and can't be changed later.
Democrypt's solution is like a shield that protects the election results. By using this system, they make sure that the final results people see online are exactly what was confirmed by the blockchain. This helps stop any attempts to cheat or mess with the results after the voting is done.
