The California Primary Dashboard was the culminating project in my intro to web programming class at UC Davis in spring 2016.
The aim was to use California Census and Field Poll data to make a combined prediction model for the outcome of the democratic primary. In addition, the application makes AJAX requests to the Huffington Post Pollster API to get the latest poll results.
NOTE: As of of now, the Huffing Post Pollster API is deprecated and results on the application display null. (We all know how this election went, anyway).
The California Primary Dashboard was built using node.js, and uses the D3 visualization library to display prediction results. It is hosted on AWS.
