Inspiration

As students who aren't tapped into the AI/ML ecosystem yet but would like to be, this hackathon was super overwhelming! But we'd like to help alleviate that stress and empower others who are hoping to take the power into their hands!

What it does

We’ve created DEMOCRACY, the world’s first AI Toolkit that allows people to take the POWER to create in their hands via crowdsourcing AI models/free templates.

How we built it

Focusing on accessibility in user flow as beginners ourselves, we walked through what intuitively would be best for the largest number of entry-level developers! We tested our proof of concept with 5 of our non-CS friends as well! Used Marvel for stiching our demo together!

What's next for DEMOCRACY

We believe that the future of NLP transcends the verbal languages and since we are starting in healthcare, we believe the transcribed human genome could be on this platform. Scientists could type in DNA fragments and predict potential DNA primers that surround the information and or diseases that are affiliated with this DNA.
