Inspiration

Creating product demo videos is time-consuming and repetitive. We wanted to make it possible to generate a professional demo video from any website automatically.

What it does

DemoAgent turns a website URL into a product demo video. It analyzes the website, executes key user workflows, records the experience, and generates a narrated video.

How we built it

We combined AI planning, Playwright browser automation, screen recording, and video generation to create an end-to-end demo creation pipeline.

Challenges we ran into

Understanding different website structures, handling authenticated sessions, and creating reliable browser workflows across various products.
