βœ‰οΈ LifecyclePilot

LifecyclePilot autonomous email marketing dashboard showing the Molten Coffee welcome-email proof

LifecyclePilot is an autonomous email-marketing operator that plans, builds, tests, launches, and improves complete lifecycle programsβ€”not another AI copy generator.

A merchant connects their storefront and Sequenzy workspace. LifecyclePilot learns the brand, products, customers, calendar, and past campaign performance. It then creates an executable email plan, builds every message and sequence, proposes controlled experiments, runs quality checks, asks for approval, publishes through Sequenzy, and uses the results to improve the next campaign.

β˜• Why we are building it

Small ecommerce teams know they should run welcome sequences, product launches, abandoned-cart recovery, win-back campaigns, post-purchase education, and seasonal promotions. The difficult part is not writing one email. It is deciding:

  • What should be sent?
  • Which customers should receive it?
  • When should the campaign begin?
  • How should five or six emails work together?
  • What should be tested?
  • When should a winner be selected?
  • What should change after the results arrive?

Those decisions are spread across calendars, analytics dashboards, storefront data, documents, designers, and email platforms. LifecyclePilot turns that fragmented process into one supervised operating loop.

πŸ—“οΈ From an event to a complete campaign

A merchant can choose an event such as Black Friday, a new product launch, a seasonal moment, or a business goal. LifecyclePilot works backward from the date and produces the full program.

For a Black Friday campaign, it can create:

  1. Audience warm-up β€” educational or story-driven content before discounting
  2. VIP early access β€” a segment-specific message and controlled offer
  3. Launch day β€” the primary campaign with subject and creative variants
  4. Reminder β€” behavior-aware follow-up for non-openers or non-purchasers
  5. Last chance β€” deadline-driven message with frequency safeguards
  6. Post-purchase β€” education, cross-sell, and customer-care follow-up

Every step contains its trigger, audience, delay, subject, preview text, email body, CTA, success event, and approval state.

πŸ§ͺ Experimentation that starts with a hypothesis

LifecyclePilot does not produce random β€œVariant A” and β€œVariant B” copy. It records what is being tested and why.

Examples:

  • Subject framing: product benefit versus curiosity
  • Offer framing: percentage discount versus bundle value
  • Creative: product-first hero versus founder story
  • CTA: direct purchase versus learn-more path
  • Timing: morning versus evening delivery

The experiment engine creates the variants in Sequenzy, assigns the primary outcome, monitors the available campaign metrics, applies the configured winner rule, and records what was learned. The result becomes reusable campaign memory rather than disappearing into an analytics screen.

πŸ” The autonomous operating loop

1. Understand

  • Crawl the storefront and product catalog
  • Extract brand voice, claims, offers, imagery, pricing, and policies
  • Import available Sequenzy campaign and sequence performance
  • Store merchant corrections as durable brand memory

2. Plan

  • Create a rolling email calendar
  • Work backward from launches and retail events
  • Recommend the necessary lifecycle flows
  • Define audiences, exclusions, frequency limits, and success events

3. Build

  • Generate the complete multi-email flow
  • Produce subject lines, preview text, body copy, CTAs, and responsive HTML
  • Reuse real storefront assets
  • Generate experiment variants tied to explicit hypotheses

4. Verify

  • Check unsupported product claims and stale prices
  • Validate links, unsubscribe handling, accessibility, and mobile rendering
  • Detect conflicting schedules and excessive send frequency
  • Send a test before any live campaign

5. Execute

  • Create Sequenzy templates, campaigns, sequences, and A/B tests
  • Schedule only after human approval
  • Pause or escalate when required data or policy is missing

6. Learn

  • Read opens, clicks, unsubscribes, conversions, and campaign outcomes
  • Summarize what changed and why
  • Carry useful findings into the next calendar and experiment

πŸ”₯ Working proof: Molten Coffee welcome campaign

Molten Coffee is the first real demonstration brand.

LifecyclePilot’s initial proof produces:

  • Campaign: Molten Coffee welcome email
  • Subject: β€œWelcome to the dark side β˜•β€
  • Preview: β€œDark roast depth. Zero burnt bitterness.”
  • Brand system: espresso brown, caramel orange, milk-white typography
  • Products: Molten Caramelβ„’ and Chocolate Bold
  • Output: responsive, table-based email HTML ready for Sequenzy
  • Quality checks: mobile layout, real product links, image alt text, unsubscribe variable, and address reminder

The generated email includes a branded product hero, the β€œ100% Arabica / roasted within 48 hours / 60-day guarantee” proof section, two product cards, and a final shop CTA. It is not a mock paragraphβ€”the email is already rendered as production-oriented HTML and prepared for Sequenzy import.

πŸ”’ Supervised autonomy

LifecyclePilot can autonomously research, plan, generate, test, and prepare execution. Live sends remain governed by merchant-defined controls:

  • Approval required before first launch
  • Maximum send frequency
  • Required exclusions and suppression lists
  • Offer and discount limits
  • Verified sending identity
  • Emergency pause
  • Complete record of generated content, changes, tests, and approvals

🧱 Technical implementation

  • GPT-5.6: campaign strategy, calendar reasoning, audience and flow design, variant hypotheses, grounded copy generation, and performance interpretation
  • Codex: Sequenzy integration, flow compiler, responsive email component system, render verification, validators, experiment orchestration, tests, and deployment
  • Next.js + TypeScript: operator dashboard and campaign workspace
  • Sequenzy API: templates, campaigns, sequences, test sends, A/B tests, and analytics
  • Shopify/storefront ingestion: brand, catalog, product, and business-event context
  • Postgres: brand memory, campaign plans, experiment hypotheses, approvals, and execution history

🎬 Three-minute demo

  1. Connect moltencoffee.shop and a Sequenzy workspace.
  2. Show the extracted Molten brand and product memory.
  3. Ask LifecyclePilot to prepare a welcome flow or Black Friday program.
  4. Watch it create the calendar, audience, flow, messages, and A/B-test plan.
  5. Open the real Molten welcome email in desktop and mobile preview.
  6. Approve and create the campaign or sequence in Sequenzy.
  7. Show the execution trace and how results feed the next plan.
