Inspiration
The idea came from imagining what it would be like to carry a powerful magical orb across dangerous lands on foot, relying on wit and grit rather than grand heroic armour.
What it does
You are a young villager, enjoying his normal life. You are rudely interrupted one day by a weird wizard, who wants you to go on a quest to deliver an orb across a dangerous volcano. On your adventure you will fight creatures from goblins to scary skull things. Finally at the peak of the volcano you find who your journey was to get to.. but who is he?
Who worked on the game
Kieran wrote music, Sam Bowles drew all assets, Jago and Sam Miller designed and programmed the game.
Challenges we ran into
Using version management to collaborate, allowing game objects to interact with eachother, implementing stuff very quickly, strange bugs.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Made a game that is fun to play, with polished art and music.
