Inspiration
All four of us know people who have been affected by cancer, and we have an interest in human health. We wanted to make this checker to help all of the "Jane Smith"'s of the world, so they can diagnosis their cancers early and get promising prognosis's.
What it does
Through a series of interactive questions, the potential kind of cancer and the level of chance that someone has that cancer is determined. It is set up like a flow chart, with each question leading to the next.
How we built it
We used Python to code the actual symptom checker and HTML/JS to make a website.
Challenges we ran into
Blending the python and the HTML together into one product.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Finishing the project! Also, blending the languages and learning lots as we are new to programming.
What we learned
A lot about how to code and how to incorporate multiple languages into one product.

Scaling it up to include more than the 13 most common kinds of cancer.
