Inspiration
We were inspired by our AP Stats and AP Calc BC teachers, who taught us to analyze data and follow linear, exponential and logarithmic regressions to account for trends in data.
What it does
Our website visualizes trends in forest amounts in the past 20 years for each individual country, and uses that data to estimate how long it will take for all the trees in that country to disappear (a.k.a our impending doom). With this information, we as a society can determine our next steps to preserve our Earth and allow our future generations to thrive.
