Inspiration The real estate market has traditionally been inaccessible for many due to high entry barriers and limited liquidity. Our vision was to democratize real estate investment by allowing fractional ownership using blockchain technology. With TRON's fast and low-cost transactions, we saw an opportunity to tokenize real estate and enable more people to invest in properties worldwide.

How We Built It We built the platform on the TRON blockchain, leveraging smart contracts to tokenize real estate properties as NFTs (ERC-721). To facilitate fractional ownership, we implemented ERC-20 tokens representing shares of each property. We integrated decentralized storage via BTFS for secure document storage, and users can stake their fractional tokens or trade them on Sunswap for liquidity.

Challenges We Ran Into One of the major challenges was implementing seamless integration between NFT minting and fractional token issuance while ensuring compliance with TRON standards. Additionally, integrating decentralized storage (BTFS) and managing gas fees for complex smart contract interactions required careful optimization.

Accomplishments That We're Proud Of We successfully created a decentralized platform that allows users to own fractions of real estate properties and trade their shares with ease. We’re proud of integrating multiple protocols such as BTFS and Sunswap for decentralized trading and storage, creating a complete ecosystem for real estate investment on the blockchain.

What We Learned Throughout the project, we gained deep insights into blockchain interoperability, decentralized storage, and liquidity management. We learned how to optimize smart contracts for TRON’s architecture and ensure smooth user experiences with wallet integrations like TronLink.

What's Next Looking ahead, we aim to enhance the platform’s functionality by enabling lending and borrowing against fractional real estate shares via Justlend. We also plan to expand the marketplace to include more properties from various regions, making real estate investment even more accessible globally.
