DEFICity

Inspiration

The purpose of DEFICity is to help users of decentralized finance to make better, smarter investment decisions and achieve better return on their capital. We also facilitate the adoption of defi as our product makes it so much easier to understand and use defi.

What it does

A virtual metaspace that allows defi users to interract with and invest in defi. DEFICity is a virtual city where DeFi community members meet, interact and do business. Users can buy land, open their businesses, build defi porfolios.

How we built it

We integrated Unity, Moralis, Chainlink, Aave, 1Inch. We have a demo for moralis (https://ypqp7qhcjjki.usemoralis.com/) and a demo for unity (https://demo-cube.surge.sh/).

Challenges we ran into

Manpower. We started a week later and lost several men on the way. But we have built a working product that demonstrates key features and looking forward to building the product out.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We did create a fully functioning product to demonstrate what we are building and that we are capable of executing. And this product was created by a completely new team that came together during the Chainlink hackathon.
